COVID Testing
Covid-19 Testing Consent form: https://forms.gle/BZywcxn7VW3EVTBy9
As you have no doubt seen in the news the Government’s announcement that
all secondary schools will provide the opportunity for Covid testing for
all students. Although there are still a lot of details to be ironed out by
the Government, we felt it was fair to give parents/guardians some details
on the organisation and training requirements of this testing should it
take place. KCA will train relevant staff in the delivery and testing of
the results, the tests are self-administered by students.
To process the test, we need parental consent for all students under the
age of 16. Please confirm whether or not you wish for your child to be
tested in school in this online form (you will need to complete the form
multiple times if you have more than one child attending KCA):
https://forms.gle/BZywcxn7VW3EVTBy9.
More details on how the test is administered, what happens is a student
tests positive or negative and other questions are expanded upon in the
attached letter.
We will ensure that as soon as we are aware of the arrangements we will let
you know. In the meantime, if you have any questions then do not hesitate
to contact the school on office@kempstonchallengeracademy.org.
